Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing The Thread House! Each item we create is carefully crafted and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of embroidery, returns and refunds are handled a little differently than standard retail. Please review our policy below.
Custom Orders
All sales on custom embroidery are final. Since items are made to order with your selected designs, names, or logos, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part. Please double-check spelling, sizes, colors, and design details before placing your order.
Non-Custom Orders
These may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Defective/Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error in embroidery that differs from the approved design, we will happily replace or refund the item at no extra cost. To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 74madd@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as production has not yet begun. Once embroidery work has started, cancellations are not possible.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist with tracking and claims.
